Women's Day March L.A. 2020

Another day of activism attending the Women's Day March L.A..  Joined my friends and thousands of others marching from Pershing Square to Grand Park, it was a wonderful experience.  Inspiring all who have chosen to participate that we are not alone in our feelings that w need to be heard.  Started out with Valerie Zaks & Carolyn Moen from Union Women In Solidarity.  Then we met up with Jorge Saucedo, next  Elizabeth from The L.A. Leggers(the marathon training group I ran with 20+ years ago).  When we arrived at Grand Park saw Lois Thornburg also UWIS, she & I danced to the music and listened to many inspiring speeches including Cong. Maxine Waters as we walked to the Verandah Restaurant inside Hotel Figueroa.  It was six hours and six miles of walking. As we were leaving the restaurant walking through the hotel lobby, we were applauded by the guests who saw our signs, that was heartwarming.
